- Add pilau whole mix and pilau masala.
- Add tomato paste and two tbsps of soy sauce for best results in terms of color change.
- Put rice mix properly.
- Add water according to the amount of rice used.
- Cover to let it boil.
- For the kachumbari,chop onions,tomatotes dhània and grate carrots.
- Mix them together,sprinkle some salt and squeeze 1 lemon.
- Ready to serve.
