  1. Prepare of Palm oil.
  2. Prepare of Parboiled rice.
  3. You need of Smoked cat fish.
  4. Prepare of Crayfish.
  5. It's of Minced garlic.
  6. Prepare of Sliced onion.
  7. It's of Grated scotch bonnets and red bell peppers.
  8. Prepare of Tomato paste.
  9. You need of Daddawa powder/locust beans.
  10. It's of Seasoning cubes and salt.

Native Jollof Rice instructions

  1. Pour your palm oil in a pot on medium flame. Add in your onion, minced garlic and fry..
  2. Then add in grated peppers, tomato paste, daddawa powder or locust beans and fry for 5-7mins..
  3. Add in smoked fish and crayfish. Fry for 5mins, and add salt and seasoning. Add Parboiled rice and stir well. Then pour the hot water enough to cook the rice..
  4. Cook until tender. Serve!.
