  1. It's 2 kg of self raising flour.
  2. It's 1 glass of milk.
  3. You need 4 glasses of hot water.
  4. It's 250 gms of sugar.

  6. It's 1 tbs of lemon peels grated.
  7. You need 5 tbs of cooking oil.

  1. In a bowl, put the sugar, grated lemon peels, salt, milk and the water then stir till the sugar and salt are dissolved..
  2. Take your all-purpose flour and pour it into the mixture. Knead it till it forms a soft hard dough then spread your cooking oil all over it and continue kneeding till it's shinny and not sticky..
  3. Cover it and let it rest for about 30mins..
  4. After letting it rest divide the dough into portions..
  5. Start rolling out the round portions into a circle then divide it into four equal portions..
  6. Start putting the divided portions into moderate hot oil in a pan and make sure both sides get to a golden brown colour..
  7. When ready remove from the oil with a spider spoon..
  8. Place into a rack ready for service..
