Then add chicken stock and more water depending on the quantity of rice you are cooking. Once water has boiled, add in all your spices, seasoning cube, salt, curry and black pepper. Add parboiled rice and mix. Cover pot well and allow to cook for 10 mins. Then turn it and cover again. Do not turn continuously..
- Once it’s done, add onions and whatever veggies u like and cover and allow to steam on low heat for 5 mins. Turn off heat. Fry plantain and enjoy with your rice😋😋.
