  1. You need of Water fufu.
  2. It's 1/2 kg of water leaf (or spinach).
  3. You need 1/2 kg of eru.
  4. It's 1 kg of beef.
  5. You need 1/4 kg of smoked fish.
  6. Prepare 1 cup of ground crayfish.
  7. You need 1/4 kg of cow skin.
  8. Prepare 1 cup of palm oil.
  9. You need 3 of hot peppers (optional).

  1. Wash the vegetables separately and drain..
  2. Wash the cow skin, fish and meat..
  3. Start by boiling the cow skin then add the beef and salt. This takes about 20 mins..
