- It's 1500 g of Parboiled Rice.
- It's of Fried Chevon.
- It's of Sunflower Oil.
- It's of Green Peas.
- It's of Diced Green Pepper.
- It's of Diced Onions.
- You need of Diced Garlic.
- It's of Crushed Ginger.
- You need of All Purpose Seasoning.
- You need of Black Pepper.
- You need of Seasoning Cubes 3.
- You need of Salt1tsp.
- It's of Curry Masala.
- You need of Tomato Puree.
- You need of Coconut powder 1cksp.
Coconut Jollof Rice and Fried Chevon instructions
- Heat oil in a pot,add onions,ginger and garlic, stir fry for 1min on medium heat,add tomatoes puree,,seasoning cube s,fry for 2mins, add water,green peas, all purpose seasoning,curry masala,bring to boil, coconut powder,add rice(note,water must be same Level as Rice),bring to boil, adjust with salt and seasoning,if water dries, add little more till soft,add carrot before water dries, when done, add green pepper last,stir,cover for 7scs,remove from heat, plate and garnish with fried chevon,enjoy!.
