  1. Prepare of Parboiled rice.
  2. It's of Stock water.
  3. It's of Onion.
  4. You need 6 of Tomato.
  5. You need 4 of tatashe.
  6. It's 7 of ata rodo.
  7. It's 4 of shombo.

Here is how you achieve it. Add coconut milk, turkey stock, seasoning cubes, salt to taste, coconut water to the jollof mix; stir and cook to boil. It comes as seen in the picture. Take away packs, serviette and spoons can be added on request at no extra charge.

  1. Parboil rice and set aside.
  2. Oil in a pot add onions then add cooked turkey and fry for some minutes Remove turkey and set aside.
  3. Add bay leaves, thyme, rosemary, curry and nutmeg..mix together and let it fry for some minutes Please it’s important to not let your onions burn(reduce your gas to the lowest).
  4. Add your tomato paste..mix together and let it fry for some minutes …this combo is bomb Add your blended tomato mix (6/7 tomato,4 tatashe, 4 shombo,7 ata rodo,garlic-ginger paste) Mix and let it cook.
  5. Add your parboiled rice and mix Then add your turkey stock Then add spicity (underrated spice).
  6. Keep tasting for salt and add if needed.
  7. Once rice is almost done add chopped onions and stir I added leftover cooked kpomo in my jollof.
  8. Put your fried turkey in a bowl add ginger- garlic paste, paprika powder, cayenne powder,knorr maggi 1 cube, ketchup…yes ketchup then grill.

My favourite is their jollof rice and turkey. Hey I made this West African dish tonight and all I can do now is obsess about making more of it and eating more of it.
