- Knead until the mixture is soft...and cover with a wet cloth for atleast 30 mins...
- Roll out the dough,and cut into desired shape and sizes.
- Bring the oil to appropriate temperature,and add the cut out dough..Cook until golden brown...
- Set aside the mandazis for them to cool,and serve 😋.
